commercial. i also enjoyed hearing the
delightful old-time cartoon music with
which you introduced this video. Reminds
me of the old Looney tunes/Merrie melodies

Haha, being born well after tobacco ads were banned from TV, this is really weird for me to watch. If I saw this on TV today, my first thought would have been that it’s a parody/satire thing by SNL or something.

Quite simple; less to draw means lower production costs. Twenty-four frames per second, minus two toes……look at the savings.
