I believe the video calling feature works in mexico since on the website of telcel (mexical service provider) it lists this phone as a video calling phone. It works just as long as there is 3G available.

Nice phone, got one recently and with the latest firmware is rather smart. Camera is really nice quality, tons of options. Multi-tasking works great, and you can write a text message while having a conversation for instance. With the SD Slot (missing on the 8Gb version) you can pop in a 16gb MicroSD card and be the envy if N95 8GB owners =)
