   try imtoo or xilisoft 3gb convertor for converting
   but the calrity is in your hand
   you have to set the frame rate as 15 per sec
   and the bit tolarance should be more than 160
   you can set in 200
   then feel the quality

   Try the free software SUPER. It can convert almost all video files to 3gp. the beauty is that it converts files according the phone you use( eg- setting different bitrate for nikia and SE) Download this from the site
