if you didnt wear pads in american football you would get paralyzed or die…
the tackles in rugby are nowhere near as hard as they are in american football, or as head on at those speeds.
yo cant be serious, and if you are you might not know too much about american football
if they were just like each other rugby players would have to wear pads or else it would be rare for a single player to complete a season
