Our basic freedoms being impinged upon everyday by excessive government regulation and bureaucracy. Whether it’s the Federal Elections Commission threatening our first amendment rights by threatening online speech under the guise of McCain-Feingold, the federal government threatening our second amendment liberties by enacting gun control laws, or the government threatening our basic right to private property by seizing property using eminent domain; the continued governmental abuses of our constitutional freedoms is an ongoing problem.
