It looked like No. 11 Washington would pull the upset over No. 2 UConn, as the Huskies took a 74-73 lead with seconds to play. But after a broken play that saw UConn’s Jake Voskuhl miss a layup, Rip Hamilton got the ball and tossed up a desperation jumper. Hamilton fell to the floor but as the final buzzer sounded his shot was good, giving Jim Calhoun’s squad a 75-74 victory. Brought to you by CBS SportsLine and CSTV.
