Rahm does a great job – not especially his reference to the GOP Contract with America, and how the American public should sue for “breach of contract.” October 8, 2006. Also note how the representative of the Republican House Leadership, Rep. Adam Putnam (R-FL), tries to diminish Foley’s stalking of children.
