In this video, Tampa Bay police stop a man in a black Jeep to site him for speeding and breaking the noise ordinance. The speeder becomes angry as he explains that he was trying to hear O’Reilly’s radio show. The Tampa policeman seems to be confuse by violator’s interpretation of local noise laws, asking, “Are you saying Bill O’Reilly doesn’t fall under that statute?”
