This is a great news. Blackberry is getting cheaper.

Last week, Cingular announced a plan to make BlackBerry devices more affordable for personal use, offering a BlackBerry 7130c as a part of the company’s new BlackBerry Personal Plan. The plan allows the forwarding of e-mail from most ISPs, but excludes the ability to have e-mail forwarded from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Cingular’s BlackBerry Personal Plan will be offered for US$29.99 a month with a qualified voice plan. The BlackBerry 7130c will be offered for $199.99. And, the BlackBerry 7130c is compatible with Cingular’s EDGE network.
