please create a more user friendly, mms viewing site. i am unable to open mms files on my phone though, it is a sgh d600 samsung. my sim card is not configured to view mms’s and i keep receiving text messages from mtn service informing of an mms i have from whichever number and it also tells where to view and when it will expire, but when i log on to this site, im unable to view. there is also a message id but it doesnt work.

Must be most user unfriendly service I’ve ever (tried) to use. Been trying for nearly an hour and still couldn’t download my MMS. Exactly the same problem as “Musa”’s reply. Please do something about this!

We want to send mms to our granny, but she cant recieve it, she does not now how to work the web, she is crying cuz she cant see her grand-kidz through mms anymore ((missing all there good moments)). Total waste of time, a friend wanted me to view a picture. Can find it with the code suppied. No instruction on your website as to how to input details, not sure that I am entering the information in the correct place. I consider myself pretty computer literate. Won’t be making use of this again, under any circumstances. Get your act together.

What sense is there in asking for comments when the company hasn’t done a damn thing to correct its incompetency? There isn’t a single message / comment in praise of MTN’s MMS retrieval system – each one is a complaint. Regardless, MTN doesn’t seem to be bothered about sorting out its mess.
I received an mms today, followed instructions BUT still cannot retrieve my message. Might as well get the sender to phone me and tell me what was sent.
Please change the greeting ‘Y’ello” – it’s plain silly & annoying. Reminds me of jaundice – just like the company’s mms retrieval system

Same old story. Once you’ve signed that contract, you become a number. Replies from 2006 to’08 and the complaint is still the same. Service just does not exist anymore. Luckily I’m with another ’service’ provider. Good Luck.

My solution to the problem is that when my contract is up with MTN I’m going to another service provider. You cannot believe the poor service I received when my sim card failed. This MMS problem is another symptom of the problems at MTN.

I have just spent about a hour following links that go nowhere, why advise of an MMS if you have no intention of allowing us to access it. Typical of MTN service. i have also not received my statements for months…reply for MTN was that they were working on their systems…For MONTHS. Still no statements and no advice as to when i may upgrade,( which question was asked on my e-mail re statements.) Looks like we have all been too loyal for too long.

I have a KJAm handset. Most times I decide to use the internet and MMS, it is a waste of time – the shit just fucking never works 100% all the time. I am unable to download MMS at all – keeps connecting and fails – MTN catch a fucking wakeup you are still living in the 1st century.

I switched from MTN to VODACOM, I never NEVER want anything EVER again to do with MTN!!!!!! My Poor wife still have a pre-paid number at MTN. We could not open the MMS. We will change her phone to VADACOM as soon as possible. MTN thank you for nothing, but rotten poor service.
