When trying to retrieve pictures that were sent to me I enter my phone number and then the picture code and I get the following error:

Apperently there are already other people with the same problem as me. I get a text message from my friend in another state who sent me a picture from her picture phone and I don’t have a phone with a camera so instead I get a message that says, “You have a new multi-media massege! View it now at http://www.mycricket.com/mmsc. Your Message ID is2b9y-***3*8″ I typed in the website and it tells me that it has expired or they’re no link, basicly it didn’t work. So I tried just going to mycricket.com which only has special offers on plans & phones(already got one),accessories, features & downloads, etc, ect, but no sufficent help.Then, I did a google search hoping to find where I need to go with key words and found this sit with a link to view my picture, cool. I just enter my phone number and my message ID and I get to see the picture my friend sent me. WRONG. For some reason the picture messaging login says “Message for the specified MSISDN and Message-ID was not found”. So is there something I’m doing wrong? Well if there is then so are all these other people and this set up needs to be fixed!!!!! You could at least post on your website that phones without camera’s cannot receive picture text. This is a definate problem and needs fixed. It almost makes me want to switch my phone to another company for the lack of support. PLEASE fix the problem, Thanks

A person shouldn’t have to search all over the page to find where the have to type in their Message ID. It should be right in the open and simple to find. In fact, it doesn’t seem like I can even find the spot. Therefore, it was no point to even come to the website. With this feedback, I hope there will be better and more convenient service in the future as far as this. I am a customer and I hope to see improvement very, very, VERY soon.

hello?! i cannot see my pictures just like the rest of these people. i recieve pictures and i cannot view them on my cell phone so it would be really really nice if i could view them on this CRICKET site, that obviously is a waste of time to all of us; if we cannot view our pictures… i would really like to see my pictures, just like the rest of these people! i hope this gets fixed very very soon! alot of us people trying to see our pictures cannot and it is getting us very angry and frustrated!!!!! so anyways i hope that this can get fixed for all of us angry people. thank you!!

I can almost never log on and when I do the picture oo sound is always distorted. This is by no means easy. It’s actually alot of hassle and I think it’s unfair to paying customers, too.

I’m not extremely computer literate but I can follow directions….and going to the web site on my cricket phone to obtain a message or pic doesn’t seem to work. I find your website very user UNFRIENDLY. Just tell me where to go and how to get what I need without trying to sell me something with every click of a key. I can’t recieve my pictures!! I used to the first time i got it then i started getting text messages that says something like you have a new multi-media message veiw it now at http://www.mycricket.com/mms and then when i tried to log on, it didn’t let me, And then now… i dont even get a notice of a picture message! OH!! and sometimes i cant even recieve some text messages!! even with all my reception. if i have to call someone or something please send me an email!!!

After 20 mins. of trying to retrieve my mms messages I realized it had been 20 mins. to long of full throttle cricket fustration that only cricket service can supply. The same kind of screwed up customer service you get at a cricket store.

Go to the store, tell them to show you how to open up the the picture message on the webside(they got computers at the store),if they will not be able to show you the picture,ask them to give you money back for the cell phone and the sign up fee,if it wont work,first tell them that you gonna call “better service bureau” it usually work right the way,if it will not,just call better service bureau and they will help you to get your money back. Its a govermant agnecy who helps people with bad business and scam.
