LONDON, February 21 (IranMania) – A police commander said in South Khorassan province that three armed bandits were killed in clashes with police forces Monday afternoon, said IRNA.

Colonel Bashir Ramezani told IRNA that the bandits had escaped from the police in Yazd and had hidden in Birjand area.

Also, over 90 kg of opium along with a satellite phone were also seized from the bandits, he added.
